STUDENTS' FASHION WEEK

To whom it may concern,
China Graduate Fashion Week 2016 will be held in Beijing from 15th to 20th May, 2016. The official venue will be 751 D•PARK. There will be fashion shows, press conferences, seminars, forums, exhibitions, job fairs, public appraisaland awarding ceremony during the fashion week.

The Organizing Committee of China Graduate Fashion Week sincerely invites domestic and foreign media to give coverage of the activities, meanwhile wholeheartedly offers necessary services. In order to make sure the entire process being carried out smoothly, all the journalists are requested to be registered in advance at the Secretariat of China Graduate Fashion Week Organizing Committeebefore 22nd April, 2016.

►Application Procedure

Step 1: Fill in Media Interview Registration Form
a) New applicants should submit Media Interview Registration Form, 1 recent ID photo (electronic version), Media profile, and photocopies of both ID card and press card (for those who do not possess a press card, a recommendation letter issued by their employers is needed).
b) Previously registered journalists should submit Media Interview Registration Form and 1 recent ID photo (electronic version).
c) Application deadline: 20th April 2015

Step 2: Examination and registration
Once the documents submitted are approved by the Organizing Committee, the journalists concerned should go through related formalities at the Press Center.

Step 3: Collect credentials
Accredited reporters should receive Interview Card or Photography Card on 15th May 2015 at the Press Center by presenting valid ID. In case previously registered journalists need to collect the credentials ahead of schedule, please contact the Press Center.

1. Entry will not be authorized without valid Interview Card or Photography Card
