China Graduate Fashion Week Organizing Committee is open to renowned fashion universities from China and abroad. China Graduate Fashion Week registration and working procedures are as follow:

1.Registration:
♦ Time: Please make sure required paper work is handed to organizing committee at least 90 days before opening day.
♦ Registration Method: Universities please hand in registration form, photo copy of organization operational certificate etc. to the organizing committee.
♦ Access: Qualified organizations will get invitation from Organizing Committee.
♦ Confirmation: Registration fee, venue fee and relevant fee should be paid for official schedule arrangement. Qualified organizations will sign agreement with Organization Committee, which qualifies them to have the rights for shows or specific projects during China Graduate Fashion Week.

2.Services:
♦ Service Guidance: Organizing Committee will send universities Service Guidance Part 1 after registration confirmation. Services, preparations and precautions will be introduced in it.
♦ Service Guidance will be sent out in two parts by email to individual contact according to working schedule and regulation.

3.Project Organizing
♦ Event Planning: Universities please arrange the proposals and following operational procedures properly according to individual situations.
♦ Show Director: Universities please choose their own show directors so that to get professional instructions from stage design, model, styling, back stage management etc.
♦ Models: Universities have to choose their own models one month before opening. Both models from model agencies and universities are accepted.
♦ Schedules: Organizing Committee will arrange the show schedule according to the whole situation after registration.
♦ Contract Signing: Official Contract will be signed after schedule confirmed.
♦ Official Brochure & Ticket: Organizing Committee will print China Graduate Fashion Week official brochure and entry tickets for releasing universities in official sites. 
♦ Show producing: Universities please make sure to confirm their stage design proposal with stage design companies at least 10 days before opening
