“Harmony”

Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology Graduates Show was held in the Workshop of 751D•PARK in Beijing on May 16th, 2015.

The graduates show is themed as “Harmony”. From three aspects of “Making science and technology develop harmoniously, love the humanities harmoniously and be with nature harmoniously”, the show is based on Chinese philosophy and concept of “harmony” to make innovation and place, and builds the cultural essence of design concepts in the fusion of existence, love and development in harmony.

Harmonious Development of science and technology: Designs shows that the mystery of science world is full of the calm beauty from macro to micro perspective. In this collection, geometric printing becomes the original clothing texture; the collision of green, yellow and gray delivers Avant-guard chemical flavor, and the combination of neutral patterns and vintage style makes integral modeling unique; At the same time, the three-dimensional clipping make the polarization of black and white bring a strong visual impact. irregular and asymmetric cuttings is like crisscross another dimension; exquisite printing wanders in the edge, just like the breach of the unreal dream; the vast universe becomes the miniature landscape a two-piece fleece, profound and gorgeous is in sharp contrast to plain and restraint . The design integrates the traditional classical and modern science and technology into the real biological rule, all reflecting the “unity of nature and humanity”.

Love humanity in harmony. The Chinese culture has always been a classic inspiration for fashion. In this collection, the Palace Museum, the Summer Palace, and the familiar historic resort turn into wispy sketches. they form unique digital printing under the orderly arrangement and reconstruction, all with the unique historical sense appear on the frivolous fabrics; meanwhile, inspired by paper-cut craft , the design of large hollow embodies the symmetric beauty of Chinese folk art; facial makeup and other Chinese quintessence and traditional ethnic minorities elements, like the Qiang embroidery, reborn in modern clothing profile. The Whole collection conveys the Oriental comprehensive thinking, fusing different cultures into the interdependent one, and creating different but harmonious humanistic spirit and new fashion.

Be with the nature in Harmony. In this collection, lush forest hides under the soft armor of space cotton, conveying the conception of environmentalism, and a simple dress is covered with the forest patterns and paintings; other plant patterns include retro flowers patterns, combined with the futuristic crisp shoulder shape, makes coexistence of art and toughness; At the same time, the bionic is also used in fabric reconstruction. The creativity comes from the plant natural texture, which will increases fabrics’ incomparable senior sense, and pure, fresh and vivid colors will brighten audience, which is the best advocate of natural aesthetics. The natural collection shows the integrating process of human and nature, and the high qualities of clothes elements is fused into a new mode of structure, to produce a kind of new vitality, perfectly presenting the “harmony”.
